Designed to build a strong image library you can use across LinkedIn, press, website, and social. This is a guided session with professional lighting, full direction, and a clean editorial finish.

What’s included

• 30 minute pre shoot consultation to align objectives, references, and moodboard
• Up to 4 hours of shooting
• Private Midtown Manhattan studio included
• Shoot options: studio only, studio plus nearby outdoors, or one client location within NYC (Manhattan preferred, nearby Brooklyn possible)
• Up to 5 looks
• Watermarked proof gallery delivered in 24 to 48 hours (for selection only)
• 25 high end retouched final images delivered in high resolution and web formats (after selections)
• Non commercial usage for website, press, and personal social media
• RAW files are not provided
• Additional retouched images are $30 each

Studio and locations

• My private Midtown Manhattan studio is included in the session fee
• If you prefer a larger studio or a specific rental studio, the studio fee is booked and paid by the Client
• Paid locations, permits, rentals, and any required location fees are the Client’s responsibility
• If the session involves travel, the Client covers transportation costs for the team (rideshare, parking, tolls)
• To keep the session efficient, the shoot is limited to a maximum of 3 location moves within NYC

What is not included

• Wardrobe styling unless added
• Hair and makeup unless added
• Paid locations, permits, rentals, parking, or transportation
• Commercial usage, paid ads, endorsements, or brand partnerships unless licensed separately

Styling

Styling is available as an add on and is booked separately.

What’s included

• Includes up to 5 looks and up to 4 hours on set.
• Concept alignment during the pre shoot consult (stylist joins the 30 minute call)
• Research and sourcing wardrobe options aligned with your goals and moodboard
• Preparing up to five complete looks
• On set styling support and adjustments throughout the shoot
• Handling returns after the shoot
• Final combinations are styled on set for flexibility and flow

How approvals work
• The moodboard is a creative reference, not a shopping list
• Styling direction is presented for alignment
• One round of refinement is included to adjust direction before shoot day
• Final selection is completed on set based on fit, light, and overall narrative

Wardrobe sourcing level
For this package, pieces are sourced from non designer and no label stores unless a designer upgrade is requested.

Designer and luxury wardrobe upgrade
If the Client requests luxury brands or highly specific items, a separate wardrobe budget is required. The stylist can manage purchases using a Client funded wardrobe budget and card authorization, with receipts tracked and any unused amount returned when applicable.
For borrowed pieces, responsibility for loss or damage may apply through standard letter of responsibility practices.

Payment terms
• 50% deposit to secure the booking
• Remaining balance due on the shoot day before the session begins
• Deposits are non refundable once confirmed due to sourcing and prep

Hair + Makeup

Hair + Makeup is available as an optional add on for clients who want a polished, camera ready finish.

Includes
• One professional who provides both hair and makeup
• On set support throughout the full shoot for touch ups and detail control
• Up to 3 beauty changes aligned with your briefing

Notes
• Additional beauty variations can be arranged and quoted separately
• If you prefer separate specialists for hair and makeup, it can be arranged and quoted separately
